Mary L. (Slovak) Belkowski, 100, formerly of Chippewa Township, currently residing in West Norriton, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2024.
Mary was born January 9, 1924, in New Brighton, to the late Martin C. and Marie (Pavlatka) Slovak. She was raised by her stepmother, the late Frances (Kumpulik) Slovak. Mary was a member of St. Titus Parish, and a former member of St. Philomena Parish and Christian Mothers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley J. Belkowski, Jr.; two brothers, Martin A. Slovak and James Slovak; three sisters, Sylvia Trn, Adele Conti and Frances Majcher; a stepson, Louis S. Belkowski, and a stepdaughter, Christine (Belkowski) Pyecha.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Stanley Martin and Judy Belkowski, East Norristown, PA; one stepson, Clifford Belkowski, Bradenton, FL; one stepdaughter and son-in-law, Janet and Jim MacCrindle, Burlington, NJ; and a son-in-law, Stephen Pyecha, Monaca, PA; 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Monica Parish.
Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Chippewa Township.
